Leonhard Glas
FOUNDER & CEO
Thanks to his many years of operational management experience in Asia (China, Taiwan, Singapore, Korea, Japan), he has a deep understanding of business practices in the region.
He has extensive experience in managing business units in Asia. His industry expertise includes mechanical engineering, semiconductor production, thin film technology, metrology, rail vehicle manufacturing and winding goods production.
He was responsible for managing a production and sales office in China, setting up production of technology products in China; managing a multinational service organization in Taiwan and managing a production department of a semiconductor factory in Singapore. As a project manager, he has managed the installation of capital goods (manufacturing equipment). During his activities in Asia, Leonhard Glas has successfully qualified numerous suppliers from the region.
Augustin von der Lühe

Augustin von der Lühe has been General Manager of Germa-tech (Tianjin) Ltd. in China for many years.
Germa-tech has been developing business concepts for foreign companies in China for more than 20 years and has a considerable number of successful foreign business start-ups, restructuring, interim management, liquidation, coaching, personnel training, procurement and recruitment projects in China.
Augustin von der Lühe holds a Master of Business degree from Waikato University in New Zealand and a business degree from the University of Göttingen.
